With Greater Power, Comes Greater Responsibilities?

NOPE. For me, it will lead to GREATER FUN! Of course it has to be on the proper ways and paths.

So, what's the title about? Here, it means greater computer power, greater features available in the software and greater knowledge needed to explore. The equation is resulting another greater finding as well: FUN! Yes, greater fun! Why? Because, you could make things that are started with imagination first!

I use to play ACE Combat in my console I have, back in the house. However, having HP Zbook 14 (one of the most powerful ultrabook mobile workstation on earth), Rhinoceros 5.0 (exceptional surface modeling software) and a tiny little bit of imagination, I started to create the 3d model of one jetfighter I love to play so much in ACE Combat game: CFA-44 Nosferatu. Google that and you'll get tons of information.

Don't get me wrong, that one is a fictional jetfighter so it doesn't exist in real life. So what's the problem? None. The idea was simple, build the 3d model, derivate it to rc plane and fly it! So simple.

So, started the project immediately with my HP Zbook 14.  It's easy. Any cancelled meetings, on my way from one meeting to another in cab, any spare time I had, I just launched Rhino and made some progress.

​So, made the progress quite fast, then it went to squishing all the panels created.

Next process were pretty simple: printed the plan, cut the material/panels and constructed the panels.

​Paint process followed next.

​Does it fly? YES, it does. :) It flies well, yet so fast.

So, do we all agree that inside GREATER POWER, comes GREATER FUN? Think positive, and be positive!
