YES (Young Engineers and Scientists) by Sentra Grafika Kompumedia, is a incubator program, for kids to experience new level of excitements in learning things that were not been able to be taught in any normal schools before at the same level. Sentra Grafika is the initiator for the activity to have firm standing ground and form, to move forward and grow.
Established by Bimo Adi Prakoso, the founder of Sentra Grafika Kompumedia (SGK), YES delivers proven curriculum. Mr. Prakoso established Indonesia's first 3ds Max visualization and animation training in mid 90's, and he had been volunteering in teaching science in a Jakarta private school between 2015 - 2019, teaching 4th and 5th grade elementary students about things that had no where been given prior to the time.
One of the milestones during teaching period, was teaching those elementary students simplified aeronautics, allowing them to design and construct their very own rc plane. A more complete story can be found, HERE.
Based on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) approach, YES activities placed groundbreaking planning, implementation, expectation and execution to simplify subjects such as Aeronautics (others will follow), that previously was not consumable to youngsters.
YES activities carry an evolving "DNA" in delivering the materials. Not just being interesting, simplified nor attractive, the activities are designed to lead the students to become more proactive in following it. Participants will assimilate the new way of absorbing the subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) through many observations, questions, discussions, hands on experiments/trials, etc. They then wrap their activities up into summary as conclusion.

A BRIEF EXAMPLE HOW YES SIMPLIFIES A SUBJECT
Aeronautics was a complex subject to explain, specially to kids. In order to deliver the subject as learning materials, it should be derived into some sub-ordinate subjects, that are divided to each corresponding letter of the S-T-E-M approach. The approach needs to pique the participants' interest so they would want to pursue by themselves and follow each sub-ordinate subjects and complete them all. Not because they have to.
So, we carefully breakdown each case for each sub-ordinate subject. For example, in order to explain the SCIENCE behind aeronautics, we picked "flying living beings" as the base topic for the students to observe and raise questions such as:
The students then discuss it themselves, taking notes, memorize few things as well as preparing for the next activities which cover next subjects of TECH, ENGINEERING and MATHEMATICS of aeronautics, simplified to their level. As many would be brought up to stimulate their critical thinking, etc.
